Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DTx Commercial Lead to create a product roadmap and launch plan for DTx products and identify ancillary products for a short-term 3-month assignment leading to possible full-time employment. This role has the potential to grow into a Business Leader position within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong previous US Market, DTx experience and will create a go-to-market strategy that takes into account competitor solutions, leading edge capabilities and product enhancement differentiators.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall UE/UI design of our health apps targeting by conducting research on North America DTx design trends, promoting innovative design schemes, and summarizing design methodology;
  • Responsible for the overall UE/UI design of our health apps targeting;
  • Participate in product design requirement discussions, define design objectives, formulate effective design strategies, and provide complete design solutions;
  • Cooperate in the development of the application, find the implementation scheme, jointly complete the interface development, promote and track the design effect, and ensure the quality of design implementation;
  • Ability to effectively leverage our in-house product team to iterate the development and participate in formulating and optimizing design specifications and unifying design language;
  • Lead the holistic evaluation of the product after it goes online, drive improvement suggestions, and continuously conduct experience optimization;
  • Ensure product’s key messaging conveys the value matrix [ideal end user avatar, their key pain point, product value and key problem solving message
  • Ensure we communicate the product’s unique value proposition via product-market fit to ensure a competitive advantage when launching to end-users
  • Initiate strategic processes and procedures to integrate overall project plan for projects execution, risk management, quality assurance and control;
  • Direct the establishments of goals, milestones, priorities, policies, work standards and control; and advise/guide all stages of project management and service delivery budgets;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative prerequisites for project execution;
  • Responsible for budget, staffing and training plans and project management tools requirements;
  • Oversee overall project delivery on time, cost and quality to maintain contractual, regulatory and legal obligations;

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; has more than five years of working experience at a reputable tech firm, specifically digital health product launches is a plus;
  • Extensive go-to-market strategic experience in launching new products in existing markets, bringing existing products to a new market and testing new products in a new market
  • Demonstrated experience in driving user engagement, activation, loyalty and other commercial success factors for launching digital therapeutics products
  • Prior P&L responsibilities for digital health product launches a plus
  • Has a deep understanding of user research, able to think laterally about other possible factors in the design process, and solve problems efficiently;
  • Ability to travel to Pittsburgh 20%;
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in leading large project/program management (over $10m)
  • Strong agile project management framework knowledge and proven implementation experience
  • Prior Team Management experience;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong multi-tasking capability;
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability.

Preference will be given to candidates who have

  • Highly regarded certification(s) in the digital therapeutics field
  • Track record of excellence (promoted early, recognized for their achievements, and can provide quality samples of deliverables/projects they created)
